Service Desk Applications Analyst Leeds £Negotiable
A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding organisation, providing IT solutions to the Social and Healthcare sector. Due to continued expansion they are currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Applications Analyst.
As the Service Desk Applications Analyst you will play a key role in the continued support of their leading Social Care software, providing on-going support to local authorities. The overall focus of the role will involve 2nd and 3rd line support functions, investigating, analysing and problem solving service desk incidents using SQL, liaising and problem solving with Developers, installing software updates to Customers live environments, and liaising with customers over issues and problems that they encounter.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an in depth knowledge of SQL Server, strong 2nd/3rd line software/application support experience, experience of MS Windows, and MS Office. You will also be a creative problem solver, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
