ITC Manager - Hampshire job

ICT Manager.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established Fareham/Hampshire based organisation as a Technical Operations Manager / ITC manager.

Ideally we would like someone with solid managerial experience, however team leaders/lead engineers or senior technical engineers looking for their next step, will be considered.

You will be responsible for managing the ICT, networks, systems administration, websites, Servers, email services, SQL Databases, ERP, IT security, hardware/software and communications infrastructure of the company, ensuring all IT systems and processes meet the demands ISO-9001 and of the company.

This position will be very technical; therefore candidates will need to prove their suitability and qualifications including MCSE, Prince2 and/or ITIL certified.

Key tasks involve:
*Managing IT communications with users and management.
*Managing all aspects of the IT infrastructure including Applications, Networks, Servers and Storage.
*Directing projects, funding, staffing and production releases.
*Negotiating with IT vendors for products and services.
*Manage compliance efforts and all other regulations.
*Managing Budgets and full life cycle of internal projects.

You will need to be experienced in fault finding of software and hardware with a strong background in IT project management.

It is essential that all candidates have first class communication skills - written and verbal, management, delivering projects, managing a small team, time management, client care skills, well organised, show initiative, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
