A leading retail bank requires an Implementation Manager to work on a Divestment Programme based in Bristol/London.
Purpose of the Project
Central co-ordinating function for a Programme for two of the transition states.
Purpose of the role
To produce a number of artefacts for the implementation event:
Implementation - ToR, Framework, Plan, Dependencies and CSF
Readiness - entry/exist criteria, decision Matrix, plan, resource logistics.
Contingency - plan and back out strategy
Event plan - Sequence of events, Financial and operational reconciliation processes, Cutover process
Post implementation support - frame work, defect management processes, structure, sign off process
Core Skills and Experience
Implementation experience
Attention to details
Planning and governance background
Other Skills
Divestment experience and financial services experiences in retail banking.
