As part of our continued and impressive growth, we are currently recruiting for a Turner / Fitter Team Leader who will be based at our site in Aberdeen.
You will be responsible for assisting within the workshop environment with the repair, manufacture and fitting of machine parts, specifically shafts for electric motors.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Repairing and manufacturing shafts for electric motors
Repairing bearing housings
Spray welding and sleeving
Milling
General engineering fitting
Supervising / leading the Rewinds team
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Recognised apprenticeship (Either Electrical or Mechanical)
RELATED EXPERIENCE
Dynamic balancing, Laser alignment, Vibration Analysis would be helpful but not essential
Previous supervisory experience
