We have a large and broad customer base which we have been successfully growing for the last 20 years.
The Role The role of Account Executive is all about uncovering and converting new opportunities into sales. This involves the key task of sourcing new prospects and then successfully selling them products and services from our broad range of offerings. The role therefore requires someone that has the skills to not only prospect effectively, but also manage the end to end sales process. It is vitally important that you have the ability to comprehend the technical concepts of a broad range of products and services. As a result there is a significant requirement for a highly defined level of verbal and written communication, comprehension and problem solving skills. In addition to securing new business, there is also the ongoing account management of your allocated customer base. All successfully converted sales are rewarded by a generous bonus scheme which is open ended and performance based. This is paid in addition to a competitive basic salary. We expect successful applicants to be earning in excess of £60K within the first year.
The Person As we are a progressive and successful company we are looking for individuals that fit this mould. In order to be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following characteristics & experiences;
Previous successful experience within a B2B sales role, including all that it encompasses
Be highly self disciplined and motivated to achieve successful outcomes
An effective communicator and influencer

Commercially aware and astute
Adaptable and confident
Have the ability to think outside of the box
Have personal pride and a desire to achieve the set objectives
Possess the ability to work to deadlines and targets
