Operations Support Assistant
A fantastic telecoms company are currently recruiting an Operation Support Assistant to work in Glasgow on a contractual basis.
As the Operation Support Assistant you will be working in the Operation Support Team. You will be responsible for the day to day support and administration of key IT systems used in customer support and sales activities.
The Operation Support Assistant will essentially responsible for:
*Configuring, maintaining and supporting the Contact Centre & retail systems, including Aspect, Peoplesoft, Firepond and Singleview, working with the managed Service Partner teams where needed
*Liaising with the Managed Service Partner technical teams to ensure SLAs are met and all technical configurations to support campaigns and product launches/updates are delivered.
*Responsible for communication of all planned and unplanned outages to the wider business, ensuring Contact Centre advisors have the latest accurate information for handling customer enquiries
*Maintaining and auditing access to the customer relations IT systems in accordance with the company Security Policy
As the Operation Support Assistant you will have the following skills:
*Be an effective negotiator
*Proven Operational experience within a Service Support & Service Delivery environment at an a enterprise level in line with an ITIL framework
*A understanding of CRM Systems architecture and supporting infrastructures, particularly Contact Centre Telephony and Retail POS systems
*Strong attention to detail
*Demonstrable administration skills
