A local city centre secondary school, require an excellent teacher of Mathematics to engage and energise their students. This post will suit an enthusiast who wants to be part of a highly successful team that can inspire children.
The school has excellent facilities and strives hard to get the best result for each pupil. As a mixed comprehensive, you will be dealing with a range of abilities, so, and adaptable approach is key. This is a hardworking department, with excellent facilities.
To apply, you should hold UK QTS, and have experience of teaching Maths to A Level standards. You should also have excellent behaviour management skills and be able to plan exciting, practical lessons to keep pupils on task. Requirements:
More than 40 days teaching experience in the UK within the last 2 years.
UK recognised teaching qualification (BSc QTS, BA QTS, CERT ED, PGCE etc)
Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Flexible and reliable, confident and motivational
Excellent subject knowledge, with strong planning and teaching skills
